1. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our users, Zealver applies a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) on plans that offer unlimited consultations. The usage is capped as follows:

• – General Physician / Doctor-on-call consultations: Up to 60 consultations per year
• – Specialty consultations: Up to 60 consultations per year

Zealver reserves the right to revise these limits at its sole discretion. Services are strictly for personal use and may not be used for any commercial or unauthorized purpose. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of services.

2. Cancellation of Plan

You may cancel the Zealver Plan within 30 days of purchase by sending an email to support@zealver.life, provided that none of the services listed in the Health Plan User Guide have been used.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after deducting a 2.5% cancellation fee. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Please note:

• – Partial cancellations are not permitted.
• – Plan benefits cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.
• – Zealver reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or misinformation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you do not cancel within 30 days or if you have availed any services, no refund will be issued. Zealver shall not be liable to refund any amount if services have been consumed.

4. User Account Suspension

Zealver reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for suspected fraud, policy violations, or abusive behavior without prior notice. Upon suspension, access to services will be revoked and user data may be deleted.

Users whose accounts are suspended may not re-register under the same or different credentials without express written permission from Zealver.
